We are seeking Licensed Estheticians who are looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high quality, result driven facial treatments delivered in a supportive environment. Our menu has expanded to include the latest advancements in skin care including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, Diamondglow as well as microdermabrasion and chemical peels. We recently launched Cryoskin facial toning and body slimming and toning.
Our Estheticians love the opportunity to build a treatment plan for their clients that may incorporate one or more of these progressive treatment options. Professionals can build repeat business with our membership model.
Our estheticians are a critical link to create an outstanding customer experience. Your expertise in skin care and product knowledge will make you an important part of our team. We book your appointments and provide all supplies so you can focus on the client. Education is a huge focus and is offered on an ongoing basis through Education on Demand platforms.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform consecutive 50-minute facials, Microdermabrasion, Diamondglow, hair removal and other skin care services
- Exhibit a strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate recommendations on product purchases as well as facial frequency
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line as it relates to estheticians
- Strive to be customer service oriented
- Positive attitude
- Team player
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client’s skin care goals including recommending at-home care products
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
Job Requirement:
- Adhere to state licensing and regulations, and carry liability insurance.
- Strong team player
- Excellent customer service skills and work ethic
- Able to work flexible days and hours
- Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
- Proficient in advanced treatments
- Spa Experience is a must

Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
