- Sales/Retail/Customer Service Experience
- Ability to learn quickly, self starter
- Critical thinking skills, including conflict resolution
- Exceptional organizational and prioritizing ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- A strong team player with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good and clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle guest situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest
- Must be of good moral character
- Satisfactory results of background and reference check is a condition of employment in this position
- 1+ years in sales a plus
- Experience using Zenoti client management system or salon booking computer software a plus
- Day, Nights, Weekend and Holiday Availability a plus
- Membership Sales and/or Sales Experience
- Hospitality/Service and/or Retail Sales Experience
