Job Responsibilities:

Create an excellent experience for members/guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Guide clients through service offerings and determine which massages would benefit them most with a thorough consultation.
Document a detailed appointment history for clients and notate any health conditions.
Listen to clients during appointments and adjust technique as they desire.
Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs/Suggest future massage appointments and regime.
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Job Requirements:

Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
Must carry liability insurance.
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Pre-natal, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Craniosacral, Reiki, etc.), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

Compensation: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
