Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of skincare services, including 50-minute facials, Diamond Glow, Microdermabrasion, and other treatments.
Maintain compliance with local and state licensing laws and regulations, and carry professional liability insurance.
Deliver excellent customer service with a professional manner, discretion, and appearance.
Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Keep detailed treatment records, and maintain a clean work environment.
Develop and propose customized treatment plans for each guest.
Educate guests on the benefits of facials and make appropriate product recommendations.
Promote the health and wellness benefits of facials.
Help us win our third consecutive Innovation Award.
Position Requirements:
Licensed Esthetician in Kentucky, with a MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS of facial experience.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Excellent customer service skills and work ethic.
Professional appearance, and demeanor.
