This is a clerical position and requires detailed account documentation. The right candidate for this job should be tech savvy and good with computers. The clerical duties include but are not limited to:

- Uploading Documents
- Filing
- Data Entry
- Scheduling
- Multi-Line Telephones
- Customer Service
Hand and Stone has an unbeatable lifestyle program and we are looking for a special individual to oversee their accounts. This person will call and welcome new members to the program and discuss upcoming member promotions. They will also be in charge of processing suspended and downgraded memberships. The membership specialist is also responsible for bringing resolution to clients who are having any issues regarding the program.
While retention is the main priority, the membership specialist also helps with coaching the Spa Associates with Membership Sales. This is done through education and role play.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
