Base $40 - $45k plus incentive products based on average ticket, gift card sales and membership conversion.
Staffing and Retention - building a new team and culture, setting expectations and processes and obtaining employee buy in will be a integral part of this role.
Marketing Our New Spa - the first-year growth of a new spa is very important. This role will focus on spreading community awareness of our new spa and obtaining prebooking and membership sales, even prior to opening.
- 2 to 3 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry. Experience in a membership based model is a plus
- Flexible schedule – this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
- Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services
- Strong, and clear communication skills
- $40,000 - $45,000 base salary – total compensation up to $60,000 including incentives.
