Hand & Stone Lake Pleasant is looking for our next Super Star! We are looking for 1-2 people who are passionate about skincare and results driven treatments. We need our next Esthetician to actively promote retail, services, and upgrades. Are you a super star with a proven track record of success in sales, retail, etc? We would love to meet you!
- Current esthetics license
- Adherence to local and state licensing/certification laws, regulations, and requirements.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Willing and able to perform Brazilian waxing.
- Experience with Dermalogica, IMAGE, or ClarityRX highly preferred.
- At least 2 years in the spa industry performing facials.
- Perform 50 and 80-minute customized skin care treatment sessions including facials, microdermabrasion, peels, LED, hair removal and additional services as offered.
- Recommend tailored skin care services and products to best meet the customized needs of each client.
- Continue to expand skin care skills, knowledge, and abilities.
- Complete required and ongoing training requirements within a set time frame.
- Meet service and retail sales quotas.
- Become an Elite Esthetician within the first year of employment by becoming a Dermalogica Expert and Clarity Rx Master.
- Educate clients on the benefits of proper skin care treatment protocols and the use of appropriate products.
- Complete job-related side work when not seeing clients.
- Follow spa policies and procedures.
- Become CryoSkin certified and offer series and services to clients.
- Actively promote and sell retail to clientele.
- Be very friendly and able to communicate well to a diverse set of clients.
- Look professional and polished at all times.
- Be goal-oriented, able to meet retail sales quotas and thrive in a competitive environment.
- Be knowledgeable, passionate, and positive. We strive to hire happy, upbeat people!
- Be outgoing and enjoy educating and sharing skin care knowledge with clients.
- Be able to make customized, tailored product recommendations with confidence.
- Have extremely strong product and ingredient knowledge; continue to grow and enhance knowledge constantly.

- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance.

- Ability to work nights and/or weekends, including some Sundays, required. Please do not apply if you are not able to work weekends.
