Job Description:
Are you currently in school for Esthetics? 

Hand & Stone in Bryn Mawr is hiring candidates who are currently enrolled in an Esthetic program for our Spa Sales Associate position.  While no license is required, candidates must currently be enrolled in an Esthetic program or have recently graduated from an Esthetic curriculum.

This opportunity provides esthetic students the opportunity to learn our product lines, understand our protocols, and develop sales skills in order to seamlessly transition from student to Hand & Stone Esthetician. We also offer flexible evening and weekend schedules.

Responsibilities: 
  • meet our membership sales goal
  • attain a detailed knowledge of our menu of services – don’t worry, we’ll train you!
  • provide excellent client care, while building relationships that last
  • be able to effectively communicate promotions, service options, and protocols with clients
  • adhere to the spa cleanliness standards
  • exhibit a positive and energetic attitude
  • manage phones, schedule appointments, and cater to clients' needs
  • perform various other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • must be currently enrolled in an Esthetic program
  • have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • must be 18 years old or older
  • must be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
  • must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
