Massage Therapist (Full or Part-Time) Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Webster/Clear Lake
Are you passionate about healing through touch and ready to join a supportive, professional team? At Hand & Stone in Webster, we’re looking for licensed massage therapists (full-time or part-time) to join a team that pays well to reward your skills and dedication.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver customized massage therapy sessions based on client needs and preferences
- Create a welcoming, therapeutic experience for every guest
- Educate clients on wellness plans and promote membership benefits
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment space
What We Need
- Must work 1 or 2 weekday nights and 1 or 2 weekend shifts (minimum 3 shifts per week)
- Valid state massage therapy license
- Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in Swedish massage (additional modalities a plus!)
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills

- Base massage: $21–$25 depending on tier
- Payment for every no-show
- Upgrade examples: • CBD: $9
- Deep Tissue: $10
- Hot Stones: $8
- Himalayans: $13
- Specialty: $3.25
- Aromatherapy: $2
- Weekly bonuses for high average tickets
