PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for incoming phone calls and phone call protocols
- Ensuring that EVERY call answered is an exceptional experience
- Controlling customer experience consistency
- Reviewing phone calls weekly
- Auditing the appointment book daily
- Same day and next day confirmation calls
- Answering emails
- Answering voicemails
- Reaching memberships, gift cards and enhanced service goals!
- Educating members and guests about spa services, products and policies
- Maintaining professional work environment
- Maintains a polished a professional image
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Experience in membership sales, retail, and/or experience in the beauty/wellness, fitness, or tanning industry is a PLUS
- Good computer skills with the ability to master new programs quickly
- Be able to effectively communicate with members and guests about membership benefits, spa policies and procedures
- Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment
- Flexible with working day / mid shifts
- Full time preferred
- Part time MUST be able to work 3 shifts minimum
