The Spa Customer Care Advisor at Hand & Stone Spa and Facial is responsible and accountable ensuring our clients receive exceptional level of customer service. There are opportunities for growth and previous call center or retail experience a plus!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for incoming phone calls and phone call protocols
  • Ensuring that EVERY call answered is an exceptional experience
  • Controlling customer experience consistency
  • Reviewing phone calls weekly
  • Auditing the appointment book daily
  • Same day and next day confirmation calls
  • Answering emails
  • Answering voicemails
  • Reaching memberships, gift cards and enhanced service goals!
  • Educating members and guests about spa services, products and policies
  • Maintaining professional work environment
  • Maintains a polished a professional image


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
  • Experience in membership sales, retail, and/or experience in the beauty/wellness, fitness, or tanning industry is a PLUS
  • Good computer skills with the ability to master new programs quickly
  • Be able to effectively communicate with members and guests about membership benefits, spa policies and procedures
  • Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment
  • Flexible with working day / mid shifts
  • Full time preferred
  • Part time MUST be able to work 3 shifts minimum
Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
