Hand and Stone Clarksville is a growing spa opened in 2022. We are looking for a experienced manager to continue to grow an established membership base, and drive membership conversion in spa.

Please come join us if you:

Have 3 + years' experience in the spa or hospitality industry - membership model experience is a plus!
Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for health and wellness
a dynamic problem solver - partner with the owner to create short term and long-term strategy.
Adept in motivating a team to drive sales and client satisfaction and produce results.
Learning every aspect of daily spa operations including inventory, scheduling, technology platforms, and more.
The manager schedule is a combination of day, evening and weekend shifts.
