Our Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa franchised at 8849 W Sura Lane, Greenfield, WI wants to give massage therapists a healthy and healing environment to explore whichever paths are calling you.

Part time massage therapists perform 4 to 20 services a week. Full time massage therapists perform 25 + services a week.

Job Requirements:
  • Active Massage Therapy License in Wisconsin.
  • Adhere to state massage therapy licensing laws and regulations.
  • Carry liability insurance.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
  • Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
  • Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
  • Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

How our Massage Therapists Facilitate Healing:
  • Customize massage treatment plans based on individual clients.
  • Create an experience of peace and relaxation for members/guests/other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.
  • Generate return clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
  • Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa. 
 
Team Member Essentials:
  • Active WI massage therapy license.
