For this role, this would also include handling customer service concerns with empathy, understanding, and willingness to help.

- Have leadership experience – Our leadership style is to lead from within the team by setting the example, motivating, coaching, and supporting them. This includes coaching them in action in a positive way and understanding the separation from those you’re leading to be able to give them feedback to be successful.

- $14/hour base salary
- Commission structure:
- $30 commission for every membership you sell
- $0.40 – $1.50 per upgrade sold (higher the upgrade, the more per upgrade)
- Gift card sales bonuses throughout the year for gift card promotions – estimated $3000+ annually for mid to high tier sales
- Prizes throughout the year for contests
- Quarterly bonuses based on group sales beginning after 90 days of employment
- Growth Opportunities – this could easily grow into an Asst Manager then Spa Manager role
