What You’ll Do:
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure a memorable experience for every guest and member.
- Achieve and surpass personal and team sales goals and performance expectations.
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Partner with the Regional Spa Director and Spa Manager to drive sales performance and meet key metrics.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Mentor and coach the front desk and sales team to achieve excellence.
- Promote our memberships, products, and services with enthusiasm and passion.
- Handle administrative tasks including reporting and cash management.

What We’re Looking For:
- Passionate: A genuine passion for customer service, positive attitude and a knack for communication.
- Flexible: Ability to work varying hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Computer Savvy: Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office; experience with retail or appointment booking systems is a bonus.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Resourceful: Strong problem-solving abilities, including resolving customer conflicts effectively. A quick learner with a who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Education: College-level experience is a plus, but not required. Relevant fields include Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.
- Requirements: High School diploma required. Must be 18 years or older and able to work from home and travel locally within Palm Beach and St. Lucie Counties.

Compensation: $32,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
