Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Membership Goals: Achieve and exceed membership sales targets. Experience is a plus, but we’re eager to train you to succeed!
  • Client Relations: Build and nurture relationships with clients and members, providing personalized recommendations and valuable insights.
  • Service Knowledge: Master our service menu (training provided) and become an expert in our offerings.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service, ensuring every member and guest has a memorable experience.
  • Effective Communication: Articulate sales, promotions, and service options clearly and confidently.
  • Spa Cleanliness: Contribute to maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment.
  • Positive Attitude: Be the friendly, engaging face of our spa with a can-do attitude.
  • Administrative Duties: Manage phone calls, appointments, files, and other tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
