Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Membership Goals: Meet and exceed membership sales targets. Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with clients and members to provide tailored recommendations and educate them on available options.
- Service Knowledge: Acquire detailed knowledge of our service menu (training provided).
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service to all members and guests.
- Communication: Clearly articulate sales, promotions, and service options.
- Spa Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the spa.
- Positive Attitude: Serve as the first impression of the spa with a welcoming and positive demeanor.
- Administrative Duties: Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage files, and perform various other tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
