Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Membership Goals: Hit and surpass membership sales targets. Sales experience is a plus but not a must – we’re excited to train and support you!
- Client Relations: Build lasting relationships with clients and members, offering personalized recommendations and education on our services.
- Service Knowledge: Learn all about our service menu (training provided) and become a go-to expert.
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to every member and guest, making their experience memorable.
- Communication: Clearly convey sales, promotions, and service options with confidence.
- Spa Cleanliness: Help maintain a pristine and inviting spa environment.
- Positive Attitude: Be the welcoming face of the spa with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Administrative Duties: Handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, file management, and more.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
