Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, is seeking a Lead Spa Associate specializing in front desk sales and sales training. Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facials, and hair removal services.

Needless to say, we can train you on everything you need to know about the spa industry! All you need is excellent customer service, sales skills, and an ability to influence positivity!

How You Contribute to Success:

Member Conversion and Customer Service-As the Hand and Stone lead spa associate, you will set the example. You enjoy connecting with clients to offer them individualized sales solutions. You also understand how to coach and motivate a sales team.
The drive to promote the health and wellness benefits of all spa services- Maximize the schedule and spa commissions by learning how to speak about and offer upgraded services to guests.
Growth Focused Leadership - The lead spa associate will be running the front desk of the spa, training sales associates, and working closely with our spa managers to produce both a client and team focused culture.
Multi-Tasking Expertise Have experience handling or assisting with administrative tasks- including (but not limited to) payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting. Along with day-to-day spa task Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
18 years old or older please
Strong organization and attention to detail
Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
