Compensation & Opportunity:
- $15/hour base pay + performance bonuses and commission
- 28-33 hours per week with clear path to full-time for proven performers
- Weekend availability required (peak earning hours)

Your Primary Mission:
- Drive sales performance across membership and service categories
- Train, coach, and develop front desk staff into effective sales professionals
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through team leadership
- Implement proven sales processes that deliver consistent results
What We're Looking For:
- Proven sales track record with ability to meet and exceed targets - membership/subscription sales experience is a plus!
- Experience training others in sales techniques and customer conversion
- Leadership presence that motivates teams to perform at higher levels
- Calm under pressure while driving ambitious sales goals
- Available weekends and flexible to meet business needs
