- Client Experience: Provide excellent customer service and experiences to all guests and members
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage spa staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Sales Success: Exceed personal sales metrics, as well as assist Spa Director in managing team sales performance by driving key metrics.
- Operations Management: Assist Spa Director with daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
