Our ideal candidate will be able to analyze the current spa performance and implement an effective sales approach that expands our reach and client base while strengthening guest relationships. The candidate will train front desk sales professionals to maximize performance. They will also actively seek out business opportunities that can boost revenue and set our spa apart.
- Membership Conversion – You know how to promote a membership-based model, measure key metrics, and drive profitability. We would love to hear your strategies and previous experience!
- Leadership – Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes sales/growth and positive customer ratings.
- Spa Growth– run your own business without the risk! The ability to analyze metrics and make decisions to drive results is key.
- Train front desk sales professionals to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Generate spa leads/clientele through prospecting, marketing, and lead generation efforts.
- Motivate the entire team to maximize opportunities.
- Drive sales numbers.
- 3 to 4 years management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Flexible schedule – this role requires a variety of hours including nights and weekends
- Passion for promoting the benefits of massage and skin care services.
- Strong, and clear communication skills.
- Full bilingual in Spanish and English.
