Position Summary:
The Associate Director is a key leadership development role for candidates training to lead one of our Broward County locations. We are seeking driven individuals passionate about building a career in operations management, dedicated to exceptional client service, and committed to growing our membership sales culture. As an Associate Director, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple locations in Broward County, working closely with current directors and upper management to master all aspects of spa operations, team management, and membership sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership Training: Work under the guidance of experienced directors to understand daily spa operations, employee management, and client engagement strategies.
  • Membership Sales Excellence: Develop strong sales skills, focusing on our membership program, with a commitment to driving and growing our sales culture. Prove your ability to meet and exceed membership sales targets.
  • Rotational Assignments: Train across multiple locations in Broward County, providing support to various teams and familiarizing yourself with different operational challenges and opportunities.
  • Client Experience: Learn best practices for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and attentiveness.
  • Team Development: Assist in hiring, training, and motivating team members to deliver the highest level of service, fostering a strong culture of membership growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our operational standards, including scheduling, inventory, and financial oversight.
Position Requirements:
  • Proven sales aptitude, with the ability to meet and exceed membership goals
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule across multiple locations in Broward County
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven leadership ability, with a commitment to learning and growth
Career Path:
The Associate Director role is a critical stepping stone toward becoming a Spa Director within our organization. By mastering membership sales and demonstrating leadership capabilities, the Associate Director will be well-positioned to transition into a permanent Director role at one of our Broward County locations.
Compensation: $23.00 - $63,900.00 per hour
