- Design specific treatment plans based on client's individual needs.

- Have an active FL massage license and adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
- Carry liability insurance.
- Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offer training in all modalities to our team members!
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

We are Don and Maria Williams, Welcome to our family owned and operated Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spas.
Maria and I wound up in the health and wellness industry by luck, because it found us. One particularly memorable day Maria called me from work, the stress she was under was terrible and she told me I was going to have to give her a massage when she got home. At that moment, I happened to be carrying the mail in from the mailbox and saw a postcard for the Grand Opening of the Winter Springs Hand & Stone location. Knowing that I had no massage skills of my own, I called and made us an appointment. Needless to say, we had a life changing experience and instead of becoming members, we chose to become supportive leaders.
We are now blessed to have the privilege of being the caretakers and stewards to the spas and cultures we've created. Our job is to provide a safe and positive work environment for our highly skilled, licensed spa professionals. Frankly, I have this job today because I cannot do what our massage therapists and estheticians do every day. We take pride in providing a place where our teammates can come and share their gifts with the world, free from worry about all the stresses of operating a business.
