Job Overview
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling inquiries (via phone, email, text or in-person).
- Utilize POS and Zenoti software to process transactions and maintain accurate client records.
- Promote spa services and products through effective sales techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa.
- Handle any client concerns or feedback professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management team
- Strong sales abilities to effectively promote spa services and products (Memberships, packages, enhancements, gift cards).
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Goal oriented with an outgoing personality to be able to meet personal and business goals.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS systems and spa software for transaction processing (Preferred).
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability to work alone or with a team
- Ability to work within the guidelines and policies of Hand and Stone
- $19-$20.50 hourly starting rate·
- Commission on memberships and retail sales·
- 1 free massage every other month in addition to discounted massages.
