Hand and Stone of West Seattle is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. As a Spa Associate, you will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting with appointments, and promoting our services to enhance the overall client experience.

- Commission on memberships and retail sales·

Preferred skills/Job responsibilities:
- Strong sales abilities to effectively promote spa services and products (Memberships, packages, enhancements, gift cards).
- Goal oriented with an outgoing personality to be able to meet personal and business goals.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently, including scheduling appointments, checking clients in and out, and handling inquiries (via phone, email, text, or in-person).
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Utilize POS and Zenoti software to process transactions and maintain accurate client records.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and treatment rooms.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations within the spa.
- Handle any client concerns or feedback professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Weekend shifts availability expected.
- Ability to work alone or with a team within the guidelines and policies of Hand and Stone of West Seattle.
- Other tasks as assigned by the management team.
