We are in search of a Lead Massage Therapist and Trainer looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. (Hand & Stone Experience prefferred but not required)
You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! Your expertise as an Massage Therapist, will make you an important part of our team. We book your appointments and provide all supplies so you can focus on the client. Experience for yourself what makes Hand and Stone like no other spa in the world!
Job Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing all Massage Therapists and the MT department.
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Train, monitor and coach performance of Massage Therapists
- Providing excellent service to members and guests by performing top level services as Lead Massage Therapist
- This position is a full-time position expected to work 35-40 hours weekly at the spa including one weekend day and an evening shift.
- Meet bi-weekly with all Massage Therapists on staff
- Monthly email correspondence to the Massage team to review prior month’s performance highlights and action plan for the month ahead
- Quarterly evaluations

- Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
- Carry liability insurance

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
