Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry.
Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in University Place, is seeking a Spa Sales Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than outstanding!

Responsibilities:
- Meet membership sales goals
- Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – Many resources avail to skill up!
- Have excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last
- Capable of working flexible hours we are in need of Tuesday thru Saturday availability with 4 to 5 shifts a week varying spa needs.
- Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards and core values.
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude have a learning mindset.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to emails in timely manner.
- Perform various other duties as assigned to include cleaning, projects within the spa and tasks assigned by management.
- Ability to complete some online learning at home (outside of the spa for training.

Qualifications:
- Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Be 18 years old or older
- Have reliable transportation
- Be a "coachable" team player
- Be exceptionally organized and have great attention to detail
- Be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Note compensation range will be dependent on prior work experience.
Compensation: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
