Assistant Manager – Hand & Stone Lehi
We are looking for a strong, reliable leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager at Hand & Stone Lehi.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, accountable, and motivated to help lead a team while driving results in a fast-paced spa environment.
💰 Compensation
- $16–$20/hour (based on experience)
- Monthly performance bonuses
- Free Massage or Facial each month
🚀 What You’ll Do
- Support daily spa operations and help lead the front desk team
- Drive memberships, add-ons, retail, and rebooking
- Coach and support staff to improve performance
- Manage schedules based on business needs
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest experience
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional spa environment
- Help train new team members and reinforce company standards
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in spa, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
- Strong communication and accountability
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable coaching staff and holding standards
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Available evenings and weekends
