Your Role as a Massage Therapist
- Create customized treatment plans based on client needs
- Provide an exceptional guest experience with a warm, friendly attitude
- Promote referrals and memberships to help grow your clientele
- Maintain a professional and clean spa environment
What We’re Looking For
- State-licensed Massage Therapist with valid liability insurance
- Strong communication skills with clients, spa staff, and management
- Proficiency in Swedish Massage (additional modalities like Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, or Prenatal are a plus—but not required! We offer training!)
- A passion for helping clients feel relaxed, revitalized, and pain-free
