At Hand & Stone, we don’t just offer massages and facials—we offer self-care on repeat through memberships. As a Spa Associate, you are the frontline of our business, the first smile our guests see and the voice they trust when deciding to say "yes" to their wellness journey. Your role? Drive sales. Build relationships. Be that energetic, magnetic, can't-say-no-to-you person who helps our spa grow one membership at a time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Pitch like a pro. You'll guide every guest through the membership program, confidently overcoming objections and helping them see the long-term value in consistent self-care.
- Be the glue. You connect the guest to the service, the service to the therapist, and the membership to the lifestyle.
- Multitask like a boss. Answer phones, book appointments, greet clients with warmth and energy, and support day-to-day operations.
- Know your stuff. Learn our services inside and out (don’t worry, we train you—thoroughly).
- Keep it clean. Help maintain a pristine, welcoming spa environment that reflects the quality we deliver.
👀 Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced in sales. Minimum 2 years in a sales-forward role. You’ve got the hustle and the track record to prove it.
- Personable and persuasive. People love talking to you. You listen, connect, and close with ease.
- Team-minded. You show up ready to collaborate and support your coworkers.
- Motivated by growth. You know what commission means, and you're not afraid of a base rate ($13–$15/hr) because you see earning potential.
- Organized and detail-oriented. You can handle the front desk flow without dropping the ball.
- Life-savvy. Some real-world experience is a huge plus—we appreciate maturity, confidence, and professionalism.
