During the 90-day trial, you will receive 30-day, 60-day, and 90-day performance reviews to assess progress and potential for future aesthetician service opportunities. You also must attend our required sales training.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact by managing front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, answering phones, selling gift cards and memberships, and checking in/out guests.
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and assist with product recommendations.
• Maintain spa cleanliness and organization standards.

After completing the 90-day trial period and required sales training class, if you demonstrate strong sales performance, reliability, and a positive attitude, you will have the opportunity to begin hands-on training for the aesthetician role in the treatment room. This next phase of training will take approximately 3 to 6 months and will be done alongside your front desk responsibilities. This is a unique opportunity to learn the business from the inside out, setting the foundation for a successful career in aesthetics.

The compensation structure for our Sales Associates is performance driven, with an hourly base plus commission on membership sales. Earning potential is practically unlimited for strong performers! Our Massage Therapists and Estheticians are compensated at a competitive per-service rate, and your total earnings per appointment is calculated based on the services provided. With a variety of upgrade and enhancement options available that will create an exceptional client experience and benefits each of our valued members and guests, you are in control of your paycheck!

Gratuity paid out daily for service providers
We pay out tips to our Massage Therapists and Estheticians daily, so there is no waiting for your paycheck to receive your tips. Cash tips are collected daily, and all tips left on credit cards are transferred to an Instant card. This can be used as a credit card for shopping and purchases, and you can even transfer the balance to your regular bank with no fees. By using the Instant card, we eliminate the safety concern of having large amounts of cash in hand at the end of your shift. Tips are paid out same day and funds are immediately available.

Our beautifully appointment spas have fully equipped rooms, including heated lift tables, towel warmers, and all necessary linens, tools, and supplies. We offer a variety of progressive treatment options and advanced massage modalities to our clients, including NuFACE Microcurrent technology and LED Phototherapy in our facials, and CBD Oil and Himalayan Salt Stones in our massages
