As the Regional Spa Manager, you’ll oversee the performance and operations of multiple spa locations within your assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:
Drive Performance Excellence:
- Utilize KPIs to assess operational strengths and weaknesses.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve performance across locations.
- Conduct detailed analysis of sales, marketing, and operational data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct in-spa training sessions, role-play scenarios, and regional operational training programs.
- Mentor and guide spa managers to enhance leadership skills and achieve their goals.
- Foster a culture of motivation, accountability, and high performance.
- Maintain detailed and organized files for each spa in your territory.
- Monitor and optimize budgets, staffing schedules, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state/local regulations.
- Work closely with Training, Marketing, and IT departments to align regional goals with company-wide initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between spa managers and the corporate team to address needs and opportunities.
- Support spa teams in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure that cleanliness, ambiance, and customer satisfaction are consistently prioritized.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of multi-unit management experience in the spa, salon, wellness, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Strong track record of improving sales and operational performance across locations.
- A motivating leader who excels in mentoring, coaching, and team success.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in analyzing data and leveraging KPIs to inform strategy.
- Experienced in developing and executing performance improvement plans.
- Comfortable with travel to oversee spa locations in your region.
- Flexible and resourceful, with the ability to address challenges effectively.
