What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of the spa — greet guests with warmth, professionalism, and purpose
- Drive membership sales by genuinely connecting with clients and offering the benefits of wellness
- Manage the front desk — answer calls, book appointments, and keep the schedule running smoothly
- Keep our spa clean, organized, and always guest-ready
- Work with a team that supports one another and celebrates success
- Share and promote current offers, upgrades, and service enhancements
What We’re Looking For:
- A team player with a passion for customer care and relationship-building
- Strong communicator with a polished, professional presence
- Comfortable working with goals and motivated by performance incentives
- Quick learner — we’ll train you on our services and systems
- Organized, calm under pressure, and able to multitask
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or wellness is a plus
