- Organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, prioritization, big-picture thinker while still keeping day-to-day objectives in mind
- Membership Conversion – you understand how to coach and motivate your spa team to educate and delight your clients (so they join our Lifestyle Program!)
- Revenue – you understand how to drive and optimize revenue via scheduling, marketing and upgrading services
- Recruiting – you are passionate about building a team of enthusiastic spa professionals
- Operations – you measure, analyze and pivot based on performance data; while consistently delivering an excellent client experience
- Management experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry
- Minimum 1-3 years
- Preferred 3-5 years
- Flexible schedule – this role requires a variety of hours which may include nights and weekends
- Ability to promote the benefits of massage, skin care, and body toning services
