What You’ll Do:
- Keep the spa fully booked and maximize scheduling
- Grow the esthetic services business through sales and training
- Deliver five-star client experiences that drive membership growth and retention
- Recruit, hire, and inspire a high-performing team
What We’re Looking For
- 3–4+ years of leadership in spa, fitness, hospitality, or sales management
- Proven track record of driving sales and growing memberships
- A growth-minded leader who thrives on coaching and motivating teams
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
Compensation: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
