Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise with over 800 locations across the US and Canada, specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services. At our Lehi Traverse Mountain location, we’re building a culture where team members thrive, clients feel like family, and every visit leaves guests refreshed and revitalized.

This unique hybrid role splits time between:

  • 15 hours as Lead Esthetician

  • 15 hours as Spa Receptionist

đź§´ Lead Esthetician Responsibilities (15 hrs/wk):

  • Perform customized, top-quality facial and skincare services.

  • Lead by example—motivate and mentor other estheticians.

  • Drive retail sales, service upgrades, and treatment add-ons.

  • Create personalized treatment plans using advanced modalities (LED therapy, NuFACE microcurrent, dermal infusion, chemical peels, etc.).

  • Ensure a clean, professional, and supportive work environment.

  • Achieve personal and team sales goals set by management.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Esthetician in Utah with strong retail/upgrade record.

  • Experience leading or mentoring a team of estheticians.

  • Outgoing personality, confident in sales and guest engagement.

  • Must carry liability insurance.

📞 Receptionist Responsibilities (15 hrs/wk):

  • Welcome guests warmly and ensure a professional, friendly spa atmosphere.

  • Book appointments accurately and manage schedules efficiently.

  • Communicate clearly with clients about services, promotions, and memberships.

  • Drive membership sales and add-ons from the front desk.

  • Answer phones, process transactions, and maintain spa cleanliness.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with an energetic personality.

  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.

  • Professional communication and ability to create lasting client relationships.

  • Sales-minded and motivated by goals.
