- Assist management with operational tasks, including but not limited to:
- Inventory management
- Basic accounting and report preparation
- Help with Compliance related documentation
- Administrative and filing procedures
- Be available to cover front desk associate shifts when needed.
- Serve as a role model on the front desk with a positive, team-focused, and sales-driven attitude.

- 3-5 year of sales and customer service experience (spa or wellness industry background required).
- Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Self Starter, take ownership of your success
- Prior leadership, key holder, or supervisory experience strongly desired.
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written.
- Positive, energetic, and professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
- Team player with a passion for health, wellness, and client care.
- Driver's license and transportation to and from work
- Must be a strong team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Computer Utilization
- Word, Google Sheets and Excel skills
- Social Media prowness
