Compensation & Perks – You’ll Love This

Base Pay:
- $20.00–$25.00 per 50-minute massage (based on experience)
Uncapped Commission on Upgrades:
- Earn $3–$8 per upgrade
- Top performers make an extra $6–$9/hr just from upgrades
Generous Tips:
- Average $20–$30 per service
- Tips range from 18%–25% of service price
- All tips go straight to you via Tippy
Total Earnings:
- Full-Time (30 hrs/week): $65,000–$88,000 annually
- Part-Time (15 hrs/week): $33,000–$44,000 annually
Your Role as a Massage Therapist:
As part of our team, you'll:
- Hold and maintain an active Massage Therapy License
- Carry massage liability insurance
- Customize treatment plans based on each client's unique needs
- Communicate clearly with clients and spa staff
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment
- Attend hands-on training, workshops & webinars
- Help us meet spa goals while keeping clients coming back!
