- Provide HR support including onboarding, compliance checks, employee file maintenance, and scheduling assistance.
- Support recruiting efforts through applicant communication, interview coordination, and onboarding follow-through.
- Serve as a front desk backup at multiple spa locations, delivering exceptional customer service to guests.
- Assist with sales at the front desk, including memberships, service upgrades, and retail product promotion.
- Partner with Spa Managers to address staffing needs, operational goals, and process improvements.
- Contribute to a positive team culture while balancing administrative and guest-facing duties.
- Previous experience in HR, administration, customer service, or sales preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Comfort with working across multiple spa locations as needed.
- Ability to balance guest-facing service with detail-oriented administrative work.
