- Support the Spa Manager in daily operations, staff leadership, and overall spa performance
- Drive sales, customer service excellence, and membership growth
- Maintain a minimum monthly membership conversion rate of 15%
- Coach and motivate front desk associates to meet individual and team goals
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Monitor schedules, handle shift coverage, and assist with staff training and development
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards
- Accurately handle POS transactions, reporting, and operational tasks
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail management
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with commissions, incentives, and performance metrics
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
