Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national leader in massage, facials, and hair removal, with 500+ locations across the U.S. and Canada. Our Arbor Trails location is looking for a Front Desk Associate who knows how to create standout guest experiences and isn’t afraid of sales.
If you’re energetic, people-driven, and motivated by goals, we’ll teach you the spa side. You bring the customer service.
What you’ll do
- Greet guests and deliver an exceptional front-desk experience
- Meet membership sales goals (hourly + commission)
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage basic admin tasks
- Communicate services, promotions, and retail options clearly
- Maintain spa cleanliness and professionalism
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings/weekends

What we’re looking for
- 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator who can work independently and on a team
