Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national leader in massage, facials, and hair removal, with 500+ locations across the U.S. and Canada. Our location near The Outlets in Round Rock is looking for a high-energy Front Desk Associate to be the face of our spa.
If you’re friendly, motivated, and great with people, we’ll teach you the rest.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Meet membership sales goals (hourly + commission)
- Schedule appointments and answer phones
- Promote services, specials, and memberships
- Keep the spa organized, clean, and welcoming
- Bring a positive, team-first attitude
- Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends

What We’re Looking For
- 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator and team player

Compensation: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
