About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Hand & Stone - Shelby Township as a Licensed Esthetician! We are dedicated to providing exceptional skincare services in a relaxing environment, and we're looking for passionate professionals to help our clients achieve their skincare goals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of esthetic services, including facials, waxing, and skin analysis.
- Provide personalized skincare recommendations based on client needs and skin type.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room and adhere to sanitation protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest skincare trends and techniques.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Promote retail products and services to enhance client experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Valid state license in esthetics or cosmetology.
- Previous experience in a spa or salon setting preferred.
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for the beauty industry and helping clients look and feel their best.
- Team-oriented attitude with a positive demeanor.
- Commitment to ongoing education and skill enhancement.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
