- Manage daily front desk operations and ensure an exceptional member and guest experience
- Train, coach, and motivate Sales Associates / Front Desk Associates
- Drive membership sales, upgrades, and retail sales through consultative selling
- Lead by example in customer service, sales performance, and professionalism
- Assist with scheduling, payroll support, inventory management, and sales reporting
- Partner with the Spa Manager to meet sales goals, KPIs, and operational targets
- Support a clean, organized, and welcoming spa environment
- Maintain availability for evenings and weekends as required
- Previous experience in sales, retail management, hospitality, or customer service leadership
- Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Comfortable discussing memberships, services, and wellness benefits
- Interest in the massage, facial, spa, or wellness industry
