- Lead and support daily spa operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Work alongside Spa Associates at the front desk: answering phones, booking appointments, greeting guests, and selling memberships and packages
- Help manage schedules, payroll, inventory, and operational reporting
- Be a go-to resource for guest concerns and therapist questions—calm, confident, solutions-oriented
- Coach and motivate the front desk team while partnering closely with the Spa Manager\
- Balance mentoring and accountability to keep standards high and the team aligned
- Promote the health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facials with confidence and authenticity
- A natural people-person with a sales mindset
- Experienced in retail management and/or customer-focused leadership
- Comfortable selling memberships (or excited to learn—training provided)
- Organized, dependable, and tech-savvy (booking systems a plus)
- Confident taking direction while also leading others
- Able to adapt, prioritize, and keep things moving during busy shifts
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
