- Educate guests on home care, retail products, and service enhancements

- Support onboarding, coaching, and ongoing skill development of the esthetics team

- Current Florida Esthetician License
- Proven strong retail and in-room upgrade performance
- Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and support peers
- Knowledge of facial services, advanced skincare treatments, and product lines
