Spa Manager – Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa (Kingwood)

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is part of a nationally recognized brand with 500+ locations across the U.S. and Canada — and we’re growing! We’re looking for a hands-on, people-loving, results-driven Spa Manager to lead our Kingwood location and help create an experience guests can’t stop talking about.

This isn’t a desk-only role. This is for someone who loves being on the floor, building a strong team culture, hitting goals, and having fun doing it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading, coaching, and developing an amazing spa team

  • Driving memberships, retail sales, and service enhancements

  • Setting the tone for an elevated, welcoming guest experience

  • Jumping in on the floor when needed — leading by example

  • Tracking performance, spotting opportunities, and improving results

  • Keeping the spa clean, calm, and running smoothly

  • Hiring, training, mentoring, and empowering your team

  • Handling guest concerns with confidence, care, and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership or management experience (spa, hospitality, retail, or sales preferred)

  • Strong communication and organization skills

  • A sales-savvy mindset with a heart for people

  • Someone who can be fun and firm when needed

  • High standards, positive energy, and accountability

Spa experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right leader.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
