We are looking for a driven Spa Sales Associate with a strong sales background to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated by results, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a goal-oriented environment while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Compensation
- Competitive base pay plus commission
- Uncapped earning potential based on performance
Key Responsibilities
- Actively sell spa services, packages, and memberships
- Convert inquiries, consultations, and leads into booked appointments
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to drive conversions and retention
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Educate clients on services, treatment plans, and promotions
- Accurately document sales activity and client interactions
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience required
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication, closing, and follow-up skills
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused
- Comfortable in a performance-driven environment
- Spa, wellness, medical aesthetics, or luxury retail experience is a plus
