Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and skincare services, with over 600 locations across the U.S. and Canada. Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in building the teams that bring the Hand & Stone experience to life. This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring passionate professionals while delivering a thoughtful and consistent candidate experience that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for spa and support roles across assigned locations
  • Partner closely with spa leaders to understand staffing needs, role expectations, and hiring priorities
  • Source and attract candidates using job boards, referrals, and social media
  • Assist with community outreach for spa brand development and talent search events.
  • Screen, interview, and recommend candidates who align with both role requirements and Hand & Stone culture
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure timely, clear communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Support offer discussions and hiring decisions to ensure a smooth and welcoming transition
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and hiring documentation
  • Promote Hand & Stone as an employer of choice by delivering a warm, professional candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, brand standards, and internal hiring practices
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources
  • Experience managing multiple open roles in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting platforms
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively
Preferred Experience
  • Experience recruiting for service-based, hospitality, wellness, or multi-unit environments
  • Community outreach or offsite trade event experience
  • Passion for people development and building strong, supportive teams

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
