Pay & Earning Potential
· Base Pay: $14/hour
· Commission: $15 per membership sold
· Typical Earnings: $18–$26/hour (based on performance)

What You’ll Do
· Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional environment
· Answer phones and book appointments accurately
· Educate clients on services, enhancements, and benefits
· Sell memberships in person (no cold selling over the phone)
· Recommend massage and facial services at time of booking
· Participate in sales contests and team goals
· Handle client concerns professionally
· Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
· Drive retention and repeat visits
What We’re Looking For
· Bilingual required (English + Spanish)
· Sales-driven mindset
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Comfortable with recommending memberships and upgrades
· Positive, team-oriented attitude
· Ability to multitask
· Evening and weekend availability preferred
