Earn $950 to $1,950+ per week | $2,000 Sign On Bonus Full Time | $950 Part Time
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spas is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for a high volume, professionally managed spa.
This role is ideal for therapists who want consistent bookings, strong earning potential, and a structured environment where your time and skills are respected. We offer weekday, evening and weekend shifts for therapists seeking full time or part time schedules with a minimum commitment.

Compensation
- $950 to $1,950+ per week based on service hours, tips, and enhancements
- Typical therapists work 21 to 30 hands on hours per week
- Top pay tier from day one

Sign On Bonus
- $2,000 sign on bonus for full time therapists
- $950 sign on bonus for part time therapists
- Bonus is paid in installments based on tenure and performance

Requirements
- Active Florida Massage Therapy License
- Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue
- Sports, Stretching, or Prenatal experience a plus
- Professional, reliable, and guest focused
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 21 hands on hours per week
